Fees and Stipends
It is customary to offer a gift to the celebrant and the altar
servers. A suggested minimum gift is $200 for the celebrant
and $20 each for the servers.
FACILITIES
A fee of $800 for the use of St. Rita Catholic Church is assessed
for anyone who is not a regularly contributing member of this
parish. (A contributing member consistently provides time, talent,
and/or financial donations to St. Rita.)
The Mary Star of the Sea Room can be reserved for rehearsal dinners
or wedding receptions by arrangement with the Parish Office. A
rental fee of $75 for contributing members and $175 for
non-parishioners is charged and payable at the time of reservation.
In addition, a $150 damage/cleaning deposit must be made and will be
refunded within seven days after the event. Decorating and a
reasonable clean-up are your responsibility. Remember, other
people use these facilities.
No rice or birdseed is allowed on the parish premises. No
tape, staples, nails or any other adhesives are permitted in the
church. St. Rita Parish is not responsible for personal
possessions or items rented for use in the ceremony.
