Photo Directory for 2007

Dear Fellow Parishioners,

We are excited to announce that we are going to create a new pictorial directory of our church family. The directory will help us to connect names with faces. It will be an ideal outreach tool and will capture the history of our church congregation.

 Please participate!  All we ask is that you have your picture taken by the professional Photographer and meet with a Portrait Consultant at the church. For the next several weeks, we will be making appointments before and after services and meetings at the church. Please sign up as soon as possible to get the best appointment to fit your schedule.

  1. Every participating family/household that selects a pose for the directory will receive a free directory and a complimentary 8x10 Custom Natural Portrait.
  2. You will come to the church only once for photography and the viewing.  Viewing of your photos will follow immediately after they are taken. 
  3. The program is available at no cost to the church budget.
  4. You will have the opportunity to order additional portraits during your scheduled appointment time.
  5. If you wish to purchase extras, the portraits come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  6. Whether you decide to dress formal or casual, you will want to make the most of this opportunity.

The Scheduled Dates for Photography and Portrait Viewing Are:

Tuesday,  January 30, 2007                From 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Tuesday,  February 6, 2007                From 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Thursday, February 8, 2007                From 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Friday, February 9, 2007                      From 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Saturday, February 10, 2007               From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Viewing of your photos will take place immediately after the photo are taken. All Photos will be taken in the Mary Star of the Sea room.

A sign up table has been set up in the classroom corridor between the Church and the Mary Star of the Sea room.
